Permits are required for new entrances on any road in the Town. Applications for driveway permits on Town roads are available at the Highway Superintendent’s Office or online in our document center. Instructions and specifications are included with the application. There is a $150 fee for the permit. The permit must be approved by the Highway Superintendent, and inspected after installation.
Fees: $150 for the permit and the bond is $1,000 for a Residential driveway. The bond will be refunded after the driveway apron is paved and a final inspected is performed by the Highway Superintendent.
Approximate Time from Application to Issue: One week
