Library Cards are free to MVCS Residents. Go to your local Town Clerk's office with proof of residency (utility bill, driver's license), and the Town Clerk will issue a certified letter of residency to you. You then take the letter to the  Port Jervis Free Library, and they will issue you a library card. 1 Free library card per household.  The library cards can be used at any of the 45 libraries in the Ramapo Catskill Library System.  Town of Wawayanda residents with any questions please call 845-355-5700 ext. 3.  

You must go to the Town Clerk's Office, in the town that you reside in to obtain a letter of residency.
