Bills are mailed to customers quarterly in January, April, July, and October. Payment is due within 20 days without penalty, in person at the Town Hall or by mail. Bill that are paid after the due date will incur a 5% penalty on the total outstanding balance. Failure to receive a water bill does not prevent a late charge. All unpaid balances as of October 31st will be levied on the following year Town and County Tax Bill.
